Huntington Beach offers convenient air access from three major airports. The Orange County Airport (SNA) and the Long Beach Airport (LBG) are within a 20-minute transfer from our hotels and offer over 160 daily nonstop flights into the area.
All attendees will be provided a unique link via email to book their hotel accommodations after registering for the festival. If you are already registered and haven’t yet received the hotel accommodations link, by email, then please email us at accommodations@retailclub.com.
Our hotels offer prime locations near the Boardwalk, where Future Proof Festival unfolds. The Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa, Paséa Hotel & Spa, Waterfront Beach Resort, and Kimpton Shorebreak Resort are all within a one-mile walkable distance from the boardwalk. For accomodations not as close, we’ve organized shuttle services for hassle-free transportation to and from the event.
Attendees can obtain their badge at the registration counter during the afternoon on Monday, September 14. Content will begin shortly thereafter on Ocean Stage, while the kickoff party will occur later that night.
The final day of content will take place during the morning of Thursday, September 17. Plan to checkout that morning… unless you’d like to extend your stay, which many attendees do!
