Who Qualifies? To qualify as a Hosted Attendee, you must be a decision maker from Retailers & Brands responsible for buying technology, solutions or services for your organization.

Tickets purchased at this rate are subject to the review and approval at the sole discretion of RetailClub. At a minimum you must be a direct employee of a company that is either (1) primarily in the direct-to-consumer business of online and/or physical retail, or (2) a branded manufacturer of consumer goods.

Startups that were founded up to four years prior to RetailClub 2026 that have raised less than $20 million in funding may be eligible.
GROWTH STAGE STARTUPS
Startups that have raised between $20-$40 million in funding prior to RetailClub 2026 may be eligible for special startup rate tickets.
MEDIA
Editorial media and sell side analysts can apply for free tickets. Subject to approval.
EMPLOYEES IN TRANSITION
Employees in transition can apply for free tickets. Tickets are limited and subject to approval.
NONPROFITS & GOVERNMENT
Qualifying individuals from Nonprofits and Government organizations may be eligible for special rate tickets.

Once you register for RetailClub AI Festival, you'll receive a confirmation email with the hotel room block booking link. Choose from one of our hotels in Huntington Beach or Newport Beach, all close to the boardwalk where the festival is held.

Yes, meals will be provided at various times at our Food Pavilions on the Boardwalk. Attendees can also enjoy local dining options in and around the venue area, offering a range of culinary experiences.
